Choosing the right size cake for your wedding cake be tricky. The below Price Guide and Size Guide gives you an approximate idea of the number of portions you can get from different size cakes along with a starting price for different types of cakes. I've also condensed this into a handy downloadable chart.
There are, however different ways of getting the look you want if you have more or fewer guests for the size cake that you want - cutting cakes can be provided directly to the kitchen to increase the number of portions, and fake tiers can be used to increase the size of your cake without having too much leftover.
